Me and my dad was just driving by and seen this place and decided to stop. The young lady that took our order was very polite and nice and explained the menu and what she liked best. The El pastor tacos was delicious. My dad got a chicken taco, tamale and chips, and salsa We were not fans of the green salsa. It tasted good, but I guess we prefer red salsa. We will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable as well.

This is my first time eating at La Laguna, and the food is delicious. I got the chorizo taco plate, and I never had chorizo prior to today. They got so many good food choices on their menu that I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted. I definitely coming back when I have a craving for Mexican food at an affordable price.

La Laguna is a meat market with some Hispanic grocery items and restaurant. They serve both breakfast, lunch, and dinner items available. I allowed my taste buds to explore both breakfast tacos and the taste of the lunch plate of tablitas. The cost was average as I paid 25 for 2 tacos, a lunch plate, and a drink. The breakfast tacos were fresh made, but the smokeyness from their red salsa was what took over the top. The green salsa had great flavor as well. The lunch plate was also made to order and tasted great. The portions for the tacos were average but filling. The lunch plate was flavourful, and the portions were a little above average as well. The tortilla for the breakfast tacos appeared to be different than the ones for my lunch plate. Something a different in their texture of the homemade tortillas that I can't pinpoint. The meat market appeared to have a good selection, but small to say the least. The overall smell of both locations does not interfere with one another. IYKYK. Seating seems to be plentiful with restrooms labeled for both men and women. The store and grocery items displayed appeared very organized and had a great presentation. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I traveling through Texas and stopped at La Laguna Meat Market & Kitchen because it was close to my hotel and open. I did not expect to be wowed but I was. The service was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It was the best meal I had while in town and I want to go back to Texas just for the tacos here.

Chicken tacos and the chicken gorditas were perfect. I got the tacos with flour tortillas and it was great. They give you two sauces for the tacos. A mild green tomatillo sauce and a spicy orange sauce. Nice people and great food. Don't miss this place.

Friendly staff and quick service. I ordered the barbacoa plate and it was delicious. Served on double corn tortillas with lots of onions and cilantro. Served with some tasty beans and rice with two sides of salsa. A giant bottle of coke to wash it all down.

Love this place! The people are great! Really good tacos and amazing tamales! I love the pork (red) tamale best. The barbacoa and chicharone tacos are really good. Good salsas. Good agua frescas too. Also a great little grocery store. I always get my tostadas there as well as the Oaxacan style crema they carry which is soooooo good on everything. They also have rice pudding in a cup which are a good treat! Among other stuff...a meat counter, some produce and canned goods, etc. love the Oaxacan crema in their grocery area as well as the tostadas. Also bought some flour tortillas this time that have been phenomenal. And enjoyed some tamales I took home!

This is the best place for authentic Mexican food. The breakfast tacos, gorditas, and meat tacos are amazing. My favorites are the barbacoa and al pastor tacos on corn, and the gorditas with chorizo and egg. Everything tastes so fresh. 100% my favorite place in DFW.
